Pastor Bill is married to Bev and has two sons, Micah and Jacob. Prior to serving First, Bill was pastor at Peace Lutheran in center-city Toledo, Ohio . The Uetrichts live next to the church in the house that can be seen in the rear of the parking lot.  Bill graduated from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He attended Trinity Seminary from 1981 - 1985, graduating with a Master of Divinity. 

He served First as an intern pastor in 1983 - 1984. He has a passion for the sport of triathlon, competing in races for more than 10 years. A knee injury has caused him to replace the first of this sport love, running, with speed walking. He enjoys country music, Mediterranean food, reading, and time spent with his family.

Bev has degrees in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and Ohio State . She currently is employed at North Muskegon Schools as a paraprofessional.
